Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund or replacement status.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Some items are non-returnable unless defective. These include digital software, used consumables (like printer cartridges), personalized or made-to-order items, and clearly marked clearance or final-sale products.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, email us at returns@summitteamint.com with your order number and details about the issue. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. If the issue is due to our error (e.g., wrong or faulty item), we will cover return shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping is your responsibility.
Refund Process
After receiving your returned item, we aim to process refunds within 7–10 business days via your original payment method. If you prefer, we may also offer store credit or an exchange depending on availability.
